If your IMVU account has been hacked, and you know the hacker's email address, how do you change the password?

So i still have acsess to the account online, but cannot long in live on the 3D chat (this is because i didn't sign off online) I went to the page where it says change email address and preferences. I see the hackers email, but i cannot change the email because i do not know the password that the hacker has changed it to. Can anyone help me with that?If your IMVU account has been hacked, and you know the hacker's email address, how do you change the password?If it was me I would contact your ISP immediately and ask them to do it from their end as they have the ways and means of cutting all connection with the predator... Otherwise use a new provider and set up a whole new User name and password.. You wont lose any friends addy's as you can save those first before shutting down your damaged site...
