Is it possible to change the email address associated with my xbox live gamertag?

I want to change my email address that my xbox live account is set up with to my new one but I can't for the life of me figure out how! So any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated!Is it possible to change the email address associated with my xbox live gamertag?go to the my xbox tab go right once click it go to manage account then go Window Live ID then go change windows live id

i dont kno how to do it from the pc i only kno how to change the contact email but thats not the one that is linked to it
