How to change email address on Facebook?

So, yahoo told me that my password was not safe anymore and i needed to change it.. i was a bit preoccupied at that time so i just entered a new password without taking it into serious consideration. so there.. i forgot my password. i tried to change it but then fb said that it sent a confirmation mail to my old email add which i cannot open anymore.
