To change or update your password question and secret answer, you need to send an email to my-login-request@yahoo-inc.com
The email should be sent from the Yahoo! account that you are attempting to change.
In the subject line of the email, type Password Question and Secret Answer.
In the text of the email , you need to include the following:
*Your Yahoo! ID.
*The zip code you gave when you registered for the email account (non-U.S. residents should include country).
*The birth date that you provided at registration.
*The alternate (non-Yahoo!) email address listed for your Yahoo! ID.
*Your current password question and secret answer (exactly as you entered them at registration).
*Your new password question and secret answer.
The list of Yahoo! questions offered by Yahoo! (as per Yahoo! Messenger)
*What is your pet's name?
*What is the name of your first school?
*Who is your childhood hero?
*What is your favorite past-time?
*What is your all-time favorite sports team?
*What is your father's middle name?
*What was your high school mascot?
*What make was your first car or bike?
*Where did you first meet your spouse?
