Changing email address?

I recently just changed my yahoo email address and i want my emails from yahoo answers to go to the new email address. so, it said that they will now but when i went to the yahoo answers homepage, i wasnt signed in and i had to sign in and now i have like no points. hellppppChanging email address?Your new address wouldn't have any points from answers.
