How do I get my lost purchased games after changing my email address?

unless you formatted your pc you should still have the games. The only difference is your email from when you purchased the games will no longer come to your new addy unless you forward your change of address to the company who supplied you the games. Other than that if you know who you bought the games from simply just send them a email or contact them and mention your change of email and they will probably ask you personal info, secret pw's etc.... and then that's it. OR you can also go back to the site where you bought your games, log in with your old email addy and pw's and just change your user settings/profile to receive what ever it is you want.
