I been getting bulk mail is there a way to stop this without changing my email address?

So unsubscribe them. Or if u get bulk mails form common address then just put them in block senders list.

If you must do this, establish a separate email account and give that address when u sign up for contests, product updates, etc. I would be willing to bet that the sites most guilty of passing your email address along are sites like Microsoft, Hewlett Packard, Gateway, Dell, etc. Next most guilty are online merchants like Victoria's Secret, Land's End, Carnival Cruises, etc.

SpamSubtract that allows you to accept mails you want.... as well as autodelte mails containing ANY words you want.
